To be added to your marketing funnel, prospects would download an eBook, provide their contact information, and opt-in to receive information from you. Once downloaded, a series of emails are triggered. These can be segmented based on how the prospect identifies themselves. Ie. you can have a funnel for each specified age group. This helps to tailor your emails to the wants, needs, and unique views of that demographic. To personalize these emails even further, they will automatically pull in the contact name and details about them where necessary.
